This house has been completely updated inside and out! The house has a new exterior paint scheme. The interior of the house has newly refinished floors, oil based trim paint, new wall paint and brand new carpet. It is very clean and cheerful!
The backyard parking area has been cleaned out to make room for plenty of cars.
Take a look at the outside of the house. It has been newly painted, re-roofed and new storms added in 2010.
Here are pictures of the interior of the house. FYI – laundry and a spare bathroom with shower are in the basement.
The front entry is charming with newly refinished hardwood floors, new blinds, and retains the ld wood character. The other stairs and halls have been repainted and carpeted.
This large living room has newly refinished hardwood floors and plenty of light. Some tenants use it as a bedroom when they lease the whole house.
This living room is located off the new kitchen and is in the middle of the house. It has completely refinished hardwood floors.
Kitchen 1 is large with a dishwasher, gas range, large refrigerator, sink and cabinets.
Kitchen 2 has new cabinets, new fridge, new gas stove and lighting.
The main bathroom for unit 1 is on the second floor and is connected to a dressing room. When you use the whole house for a large group this bathroom is connected to a room that can be used as a bedroom.
This is the main bathroom for unit 2. When you use the whole house for a large group this bathroom becomes a primary bath for the house.
This is the 3rd floor bathroom.
This bedroom on the 1st floor off kitchen #1 has a shower and toilet as part of the room.
Bedroom 2 is on the 2nd floor near the front stairs. There is a similar bedroom next to it by the back stairs on the 2nd floor with a huge closet.
This room is a dressing room but can be used as a bedroom with it’s own attached bath when renting the whole house. It has a large closet and cabinets on the wall.
This is the largest bedroom in the house. It has a connected study that can be used for sleeping. There is no door between these areas.
This is the study off the main bedroom. It is large enough for a bed and a desk and also has it’s own closet.
This 3rd floor bedroom has a closet and wall cabinets. It’s a good size too!
This is a cozy 3rd floor bedroom on the other side of the hall. It has a closet and has room for a full size bed with a desk and a dresser.
This room is technically the unit 2 living room. However it can be used as a bedroom and is large with a deep closet.
When you utilize the entire house for your large group you may choose to use one of the first floor rooms as an extra bedroom.
Please note: Ann Arbor Housing Code allows the use of a room as a bedroom as long as it has two means of egress and a smoke detector. Feel free to arrange the house to your liking.
