We’re just a phone call away. When you lease one of our houses we’re always available to help. Our goal is to make you comfortable, safe and happy in your student rental house; your home away from home. Here’s what to expect:
- Monthly cleaning service included.
- Most houses have central AC.
- Our houses are furnished unless you want to bring your own furniture.
- Full size beds, and a few twins.
- Desk in your bedroom.
- Armoires or dressers for you clothes.
- Dining room and living room furniture.
- All kitchens have a stove and refrigerator, some have dishwashers.
- FREE washer and dryer in the basement.
- FREE parking at each location.
